Save the date for Pete's Greens annual Farm picnic and tours Saturday August 18th, 2018

We will be showing people around the farm and serving up some good eating! We look forward to visiting with you all! We welcome CSA members, neighbors, friends and anyone else to visit the farm and learn about what we do, how we grow and where we process and store vegetables.  Stay tuned for more info!

We'll have a lovely local spread laid out under the tent, cheeses to sample from local producers, a farm fresh buffet prepared by NECI students, and drink samples from Eden Iced Cider (all free).   

Kingdom Farm & Food Days

Friday, August 18

Kingdom Farm and Food Days kicks off Friday with tours of llama and alpaca farms: the Agape Hill Farmin Hardwick and the Log Cabin Alpaca Farm in East Albany; take a tour of the farms, walk a llama and felt in a fiber shop (12-3pm).

The Farmers Market at Atkins Field on Granite Street in Hardwick is open on Friday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m., with a draft horse demonstration! Visit with many local farmers and food producers at the lovely Farmer's Market Friday….or again on Saturday morning in Craftsbury… 

Saturday, August 19th

From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Craftsbury Farmers Market is open for business on Craftsbury Common. Head over to historic Butterworks Farm in Westfield for fresh smoothies, demonstrations, and more, 10 am - 3 pm!

Then head to East Charleston where Green Mountain Farm to School offers a FREE LUNCH from its Lunchbox food truck at the Clyde River Farm, using fresh produce from the farm. Clyde River Farm, at the corner of VT Route 105 and 10 Mile Road, 12 pm - 3 pm.

Sunday, August 20th

From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. High Mowing Organic Seeds will host field days and workshops with a local food showcase. Tour the seed operations and sample some goods!


All weekend: the Devaney Farmstand is OPEN! 9 am - 6:30 pm, 3843 Hudson Rd, West Charleston

Caledonia Spirits Distillery tours and tastings! 12 pm - 5 pm, Log Yard Dr, Hardwick
